Nutritious & Delicious Menu Suggestions

A typical meal plan includes the cost of groceries and features:

  • Between 3-5 entrees with appropriate side dishes
  • Special requests to accommodate your culinary preferences or dietary restrictions

  • Easy to follow heating instructions

Each menu, from Nutritious & Delicious, is planned using the guidelines from the American Heart and American Diabetes Associations. Point Values are also available, on all menus, if you are following this weight management system. Nutritional analysis for each recipe is also available.

Nutritious & Delicious has over 150 recipes for you to choose from. Here is a small sample of what we offer:


  • Chicken Tortilla Soup - Tender chunks of chicken, tomatoes & corn topped with crisp tortilla chips
  • Broccoli Cheddar Soup - A creamy blend of broccoli & cheddar cheese
  • Tortellini, White Bean and Spinach Soup - A hearty soup with cheese tortellini, white beans, spinach & artichoke hearts topped with Parmesan cheese

  • Stifado- Greek Beef Stew with garlic, cinnamon & cloves in a red wine sauce
